We bought Dave's a while ago, and everyone enjoyed it, but then we discovered my one boy has allergies (this brand and all the different flavors also helped us hone in during his LID trials!) Consistency: Not watery. Not quite flaky bits, meat is more akin to Friskie's Filets in size. Gravy is a thicker consistency that ours really like.

It is very dark brown and apparently too rich - cats are not liking it. I tried. The ingredients seemed good but I guess it’s like us with celery sticks - not exactly
