This recipe has an ash content of 1.68% as fed and 7.20% on a dry matter basis. The magnesium content is 0.02% as fed and 0.07% on a dry matter basis.
How much phosphorus does this food contain?

This variety contains approximately 0.11% Phosphorus content on an as fed basis (0.50% on a dry matter basis). It is intended for cats who require a low-phosphorus diet, this Restricted Diet Phosphorus Formula contains low levels of phosphorus, and higher than normal amounts (for the standard "prescription" renal diet) of animal-based protein.

Good Product
My cat has urinary crystals but refused to eat prescription Hills CD, so we bought this as a substitute. The quality is great, both of my cats liked the taste BUT, it is NOT a suitable replacement to a prescription diet. My cat is now on Royal Canin SO and is doing much better.
Worse food
My cats dislike this brand so much, even the stray cat outside will not eat it. Only a dog who does not care would eat this. Do not buy.
Too dry Mom
Felix , who needs this food, will only eat it if I add a lot of water too it. It is very a very dry paste for a pate food. Wish it came in smaller cans. It takes several meals to finish a can. My other 3 cats will not eat it, no matter what I do to it, hence the 3 stars.
