This supplement is produced via fermentation using Saccharomyces cerevisiae (yeast) to synthesize SAMe. Stabilized as SAMe tosylate to improve shelf life and absorption. These tablets are made in the US, as well as blister-packed and boxed in the US.

What is the dosage size?

The feeding directions are as followed: dogs between 15 - 35 lb receive 1 tablet daily, dogs between 36 - 65 lb receive 2 tablets daily, dogs between 66 - 100 lb receive 3 tablets daily, and dogs over 100 pounds receive 4 tablets daily.

I WANTED TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WASNT THE RIGHT SIZE SO I CALLED CHEWY AND THE REP I SPOKE TO WAS A COMPLETE IDIOT! INSTEAD OF MY REFUND LIKE SHE SAID

These tablets are the perfect size as I noticed another comment mentioned. I'd like to add that it's a great product and chewy has fabulous service. The wonderful thing about autoship is that you can set it for months away!! It's the only autoship I can leave alone and still remember to come back to before anything ships out so I can adjust it or cancel. I go back and forth between Denestra and Denamarin as they are both great. Thanks, Chewy, for always giving the BEST service with quality products.

I stopped my auto shipments for a while and was surprised when I received a shipment of 3 denestra packages. I now have a total of 4 packages that will take a long time to use up. therefore I am going to cancel my subscription. I like this item but not your service

Great product

These are just the right size that I can camouflage them with a thin layer of pill pocket dough and give it so her as a reward for a trick. There are 2 difficulties

These are just the right size that I can camouflage them with a thin layer of pill pocket dough and give it so her as a reward for a trick. There are 2 difficulties with this med. 1) they shouldn’t chew it. 2) it has to be given between meals on an empty stomach. No food for 2+ hours before and after. It takes planing. I see no side effects / her vet says it will protect her liver
