Does this run all the time? Will it hurt the fish or will i need to supply a air stone for extra oxygen?

This treatment is based on alcoholic fermentation, always runs, and must not be provided with a backflow protection or a solenoid valve. If the Bio CO2 Set is selected to match the size of the aquarium, there is no risk to fish or all other inhabitants in the aquarium at any time. Ventilation with a pump should not be used as the CO2 is completely driven out with this action. Plants grow significantly better with CO2 fertilization and thus ensure the oxygen supply.
I already have the Dennerle corner filter, if I purchase this does it come with the part that the green tube attaches to for my filter ? And how do you refill after 30 days?

This treatment set comes with Bio-Line CO2 bottle complete, 7 cm hose, 75 cm hose, BIO CO2 holder box, CO2 injector, and bubble counter. To fill up, simply replace the Bio-Line CO2 bottle complete with a new one when it no longer produces CO2.
