DentaLife Tasty Chicken Flavor Dental Cat Treats

ALL of my Cats love this food however some of them swallow it whole.

I have been buying an Rx from my vet and they love that too only the pieces are so large it sorta of makes the kitty tackle it and work at it. Size isn't an issue with this one. Even my sweetie Whitey whose 15 years and still going strong and is in need of a dental cleaning badly, she eats them and swallows them whole at times. Larger bags will be appreciated. Love the packaging and this unit looks to be way more professional than its counterparts ie: competetors. Keep it coming they love so it stays.

Stella loves DentaLife treats

Stella is our old gal (15 years is our best guess) who found us and who we subsequently adopted. She was a barn cat, now our very happy indoor cat, who was a trap & release having had many of her teeth pulled as part of her treatment. She's quite selective of her food & treats (likes cruncy over soft believe it or not) AND loves these DentaLife treats. She comes running when she sees the bag and asked that we give this product a 5-Star review on her behalf!

Cats love them

I have several cats. Every one of them loves these dental treats and a couple are finicky when it comes to their treats. It makes me feel good giving them to them, knowing they are good for their teeth.

She prefers Salmon flavor

My cat turned her nose up at the chicken flavored. But, when I had salmon, she gobbled them up. So here’s hoping she remembers that she loved salmon!

They work!

My Mittens is 9 years old. She’s been on these for 6 or 7 years. I give her 6 every morning. She doesn’t eat them all at once. She nibbles on them throughout the day and sometimes doesn’t finish them at all. Mittens had her first dental cleaning 3 months ago. Her vet prepared me for cavities and extractions and a longer procedure time and everything because Mittens had a lot of tartar buildup. The vet called me about 45 minutes after the procedure started and told me that Mittens didn’t have any cavities and didn’t need any extractions. Thank God for DentaLife! They are a “must-have” for cats!

Treats Too Big for my Cat

My vet recommended these treats to remove tarter from my cat's teeth, but they are big and she has trouble eating them. I have to cut them into smaller pieces, so I wont be buying this brand again.

My cat has gum disease and terrible breath. These treats have significantly helped his breath!

They eat them up

It took a few days for them to eat these. I know one of the cats does for sure. I offer these in a separate bowl out with a few of these and the chicken flavor Emerald Pet Feline DEntal treats. It seems they eat more and more of them. They had to warm up to them I guess. I just recently had their teeth cleaned for the first time. They are 6 yrs old. Both had gingivitis and came out fine, The vet suggested dental treats to help keep their teeth healthy. You know how cats are... just leave them out and they will eventually eat them.

Not so much.

I have 5 cats in and 1 cat out. I think they like the flavor, but the treat is too large. I don't think they like the size.
