good, but needs work

I love how big and tough this hay bag is. It totally takes a beating and I can fit a lot of hay in it. I feed once a day with this and the horse can keep himself busy all day. The area that needs work, though, is the rope used to close the top. My rope end and become frayed and impossible to weave through the closure loops so I have had to cut it and wrap it with tape. This holds up for awhile, but occasionally needs repeating. Maybe a better closing system? Something with a clip at the end instead or just rope?

Disappointed

I really wanted to be a fan of this. On paper it sounded great. And it is undeniably well made. BUT...it takes forever to load the hay, and to re-velcro all the straps that enclose the cube. Also, it functions well when full, but once it is partially empty, it flattens out and my horse has difficulty getting ahold of hay strands. At that point, it becomes necessary to hang it like any other hay bag.
