Dogs now smell like weed -- "lemongrass" too pungent

I have one dog with allergies and another who has some sore spots, and was hoping this would be the ticket to "rescue" their skin. I loved how easily it lathered,

I have one dog with allergies and another who has some sore spots, and was hoping this would be the ticket to "rescue" their skin. I loved how easily it lathered, but noticed the "lemongrass" was quite pungent as I was bathing them. Unfortunately, the "pungent" lemongrass turned into them smelling like they had just smoked a few joints once they air-dried. Even 24 hours later, I smell it when one enters the room. I will not be using or buying again, though I may try one of the company's non-lemongrass varieties. I don't usually go for overly-fragranced products and buy more herbal/natural based things when I do seek a fragrance. I appreciate more natural ingredients and also reducing my plastic waste, but unfortunately this is not the fit for us. I can't comment on long-term improvement in pup itchiness, but the night of my pup with allergies was still licking at her paws. Makes for a funny story, but not a fresh-smelling pup!

Excellent! Highly recommend

My toy poodle has allergies from pollen. I’ve been giving him Zyrtec daily but still he has been ripping his fur out on both sides of his body. I have tried everything. This soap helped. The soap itself makes a nice, luxurious lather. Seems to be really high quality. His fur is ready soft now and when combined with the DerMagic skin rescue lotion He seems much less itchy. Thanks for the great product! I will buy it again.

I will always try something more holistic before jumping right into the heavy duty allergy medicines for the dogs. So happy to have found this! I didn't realize

I will always try something more holistic before jumping right into the heavy duty allergy medicines for the dogs. So happy to have found this! I didn't realize that itchy skin, yeasty paws, and constantly getting ear infections all dealt with allergies! The inside of his one paw was such a dark purple/brown color and looked so irritated. We started with a bath once a week for two weeks, and spaced it out for waiting two weeks until his third bath with this magic bar and his paw is pink again between his toe beans!! I did let the soap sit on his skin as other parents recommended for 10 minutes, at the end of each bath ill close the drain and as I'm rinsing him with clean water his little paws will soak with the shampoo water. I'll also toss in a couple bags of green tea because why not. He isn't as itchy as before! His ears seemed to have not get as bad as I've cleaned his ears only once so far! I do have him on fish oil and the vet strength zesty paws allergy chews. He's less dandruffy and his fur is less coarse and a little softer!

Saved my Dog!!

This shampoo bar is amazing!!! My dog suffers from skin issues with dandruff, allergies, and crazy itches all her life. We've been to countless vets and spent tons of money but nothing helped until I found this. I see the significant results, no more itching, and less dandruff. I love all the ingredients are natural, please give this a try if your pup has a similar skin issue, you won't regret it!!

Hallelujah! My fur baby is no longer suffering from dandruff, loss of hair and itching. I switched from the shampoos recommended from the vet after a recommendation from another user of DERMagic. I had my groomer use the soap and although she was skeptical she felt it was very helpful. When we returned to the vet a week later, she also was very satisfied with the results. Also no yeast infection, no itching and hair growth. Definitely a game changer for a seriously allergic fur baby.

Smells good makes coat fresh

This bar smells good. After washing fur is clean and fresh. Removes scales and dry skin and improves dandruff. Helps skin barrier with fungal and bacterial infections

This bar smells good. After washing fur is clean and fresh. Removes scales and dry skin and improves dandruff. Helps skin barrier with fungal and bacterial infections. We use 1-2 times a week and plan to lengthen out to 4 weeks once healthier skin. Love that it’s a quick process most soaps ask for 5-10 min skin contact. Also use the lotion for bad areas between baths.
