This litter box enclosures interior dimensions is 33.5 inches in Length, 17.1 inches in Width, and 15.3 inches in Height.

Hi, is the interior material solid wood, or some type of line? Is it water proof?

The entire product is made from engineered wood. The inside is not waterproof. The customer should use a litter pan inside, and if they think the cat may miss the litter pan, we recommend lining it with something to protect the wood.

is the bench structurally strong enough for an average sized person to sit on?

This enclosure will accommodate cats of all sizes and a litter pan, up to 100 lbs. If this enclosure is wanting to be used like a bench, it has not been made as a bench for people of all sizes.

Followed recommendations of other reviewers regarding large plastic bin for litter and regarding assembly ie omit hinge. Worth researching to get the right materials

Followed recommendations of other reviewers regarding large plastic bin for litter and regarding assembly ie omit hinge. Worth researching to get the right materials. One wooden piece was cut short but I can live with it. Have used it for 1 year now and no real problems. Glad I purchased it.

prompt delivery but upon packing and reading the mandarin instructions with a footnote in English it became apparent that the quality, composition and ease of assembly

prompt delivery but upon packing and reading the mandarin instructions with a footnote in English it became apparent that the quality, composition and ease of assembly was going to be much less than I had expected. I will give it to chewy though they did send a return label and promptly refunded me upon receiving the aforementioned product.

Very shoddy material. One side fell over as I tried to put it together, breaking off pieces of the side panel. I tried to repair it with epoxy and it failed a second time. Instructions do not match the pieces enclosed. This was expensive as this kind of pet furniture goes so I am extremely disappointed and not ready to buy another one. Surprised it is sold by Chewy because I use them regularly for many products and have always found them reliable and great to deal with.

Very nice piece of furniture once I finally got it together. I like the extra length of this brand, however, mfg instructions didn’t match part of hardware, new

Very nice piece of furniture once I finally got it together. I like the extra length of this brand, however, mfg instructions didn’t match part of hardware, new hinge design is very different than previous safety hinges, and lid attachment was a bit cumbersome. This is not the first one I have assembled. It is the first one that I had to use epoxy to make it go together though. But it is together and so far so good!

Catbox Furniture

It was exactly what I was looking for. Had an issue with my dog getting into the litterbox and now he can. The only issue I have with this type of "litterbox"

It was exactly what I was looking for. Had an issue with my dog getting into the litterbox and now he can. The only issue I have with this type of "litterbox" is there isn't a good size litterbox that actually fits inside. I am constantly having to vacuum up after my two little critters.

This litter box cabinet has a great design and style. I like the look and size and the ease of assembly and the ease of cleaning. The quality is average to below average. When tightening one of the bolts the “wood” split. Also, the price of wood that the hinge arm screws into fell off. The screws for that pulled right out of the “wood”. I had to glue it back on. For the price I would expect better.
