My little Chihuahua (6.6 lbs) was having accidents while sleeping. This medication works! I have been giving her this med (0.1 ML) twice per/week over a year, and it's still effective! I am with the other users that the medication expires quickly. Since she gets such a small dose, I can't get through the bottle fast enough. When it goes bad, the oil will smell rancid. My dog won't eat it once it goes bad.
