My dog LOVES them, but...

He goes through one in less than 30 mins and it leaves a huge MESS on whatever he's lying on when he eats it. He got the spare blanket on my bed the first time and

He goes through one in less than 30 mins and it leaves a huge MESS on whatever he's lying on when he eats it. He got the spare blanket on my bed the first time and that cleaned up in the wash. The next time I gave him one, I was leaving for a few hours and he ate it on the couch. The cushion is a mess. I've tried mopping it up but the dried-on stuff is going to require a stiff brush and the carpet cleaner machine to get rid of it. I don't expect my dog to be anything other than sloppy, but this is the first time I've ever encountered a mess like these bones left. And I've had dogs since 1977.
