              How do I remove the roller/brush part from the Dirt Devil?

              The brushroll is not intended to be removed from the nozzle on the Dirt Devil Scorpion+ Corded Handheld Vacuum Cleaner. To clean the brushroll, the consumer would need to use scissors to cut any hair or string free from the brushroll and pull the hair/string out with either their fingers or some tool similar to tweezers or possibly needle nose pliers.

              It vacuums up pet hair in the car pretty well. It is our second one and wish the first one lasted longer than it did.

              Total junk

              The body of the thing detached from the dust bin almost immediately and would not go back together. The pet roller attachment, once attached couldn't be removed

              Don't buy...

              The switch jammed the 2nd time I used it and I had to turn it on using a hammer to gently push the switch (I now just use the plug). The type of filter allows dust

              The switch jammed the 2nd time I used it and I had to turn it on using a hammer to gently push the switch (I now just use the plug). The type of filter allows dust to pass by and come out the motor vent holes and, yes, I do use it for litter, but, it claims to be 99.9% dust free. The motor gets so hot that it makes my hand uncomfortable holding the unit. I'm almost looking forward to when the unit stops working and I can, quilt free, throw it away.

              Horrible product--zero customer service

              The nozzle pops off with use, unless if you hold it in place with your free hand. Customer service would not respond to my concerns.
