Though it was a little smaller than I expected for my 50 lb. mutt, he loves it, especially when he can get it to squeak. Overall, it was a good buy for the price.

This is one of those toys that is marketed to the owner with a very high cuteness factor. From that perspective, you do get your money's worth in the joy you get when seeing just how cute this is in real life. As a dog toy though, it is just meh. My dog likes to bite on the toys to make them squeak and the main squeaker on this one stopped working after about 10 minutes of biting down on it. The toy was not ripped or tore in the process, just compressed repeatedly in a dogs mouth. That repeated compression was enough to make the squeaker stop working that quickly. The size shown in the picture on the website is a bit misleading...it shows a general size overview of 9.25" wide by 6" tall. The only way it is that wide is if you pulled the two goofy ears out horizontally as far as they will go and measure from tip to tip. The body of the cupcake is actually 2.5" wide at the base and 4" wide at the widest point. The cupcake body is 4.5" tall. If you measure from the bottom of the cupcake to the top of the goofy hat, it is approx 6" overall height. It is definitely not a toy for aggressive chewers and better for supervised play like tossing and fetching. Dang, it's cute though!

Squeaky and crinkly, perfect size for him (he’s 23 lbs), little hat handle makes it easy to carry, hasn't destroyed it after 2 weeks!
