I have 2 large tuxedos - each of them fits fine in this. One is 14 pounds and the other is closer to an XL at 15.5-16 pounds, but he can get in and turn around just fine. They love being able to go inside to hang out as well as lounge/scratch on the top. This doesn't take up as much space as it seems like it should considering how well they fit in this.
