Never received results!

Submitted requested test and have never received results! Very disappointed and frustrated because it is an expensive test and I needed to for my dog to determine

Wish I'd done it sooner

We had exhausted all avenues to figure out my dog's chronic ear infections. Nothing was long lasting and diets never helped. Blood allergy testing was inconclusive

We had exhausted all avenues to figure out my dog's chronic ear infections. Nothing was long lasting and diets never helped. Blood allergy testing was inconclusive. Tried this kit hesitantly. Although it took a while to get it, it has saved my dog, my wallet, and our time. The results were user friendly, the list of dog food that was safe for him was super helpful (because he ended up being allergic to a LOT) and now four months on this new food, he's a new dog. No meds, no itches, no ear infections, and completely healed for the first time in 5 years.

Answered my concerns and saved my boxer dog

The vet was at a loss and we were paying so much in visits and special food that wasn’t helping. They just wanted to start introducing a protein at a time. my

The vet was at a loss and we were paying so much in visits and special food that wasn’t helping. They just wanted to start introducing a protein at a time. my dog couldn’t afford to do this. He was fading in front of our eyes. We did this test as instructed. In 3 weeks I had an email with answers. Knowing what he was allergic to, we were able to find food that would be ok. And now he is thriving! I highly recommend this test!

Takes FOREVER

My dog has a chicken allergy and recently his skin has broken out again and I’m DESPERATE to find out what is causing it to help him. I bought this test, and mailed

My dog has a chicken allergy and recently his skin has broken out again and I’m DESPERATE to find out what is causing it to help him. I bought this test, and mailed it out on March 13th, I registered the test on March 16th. I got a notification MARCH 27TH THAT THEY RECIEVED THE TEST AND IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS FOR RESULTS!!!! I paid $110 for this freakin test and they offered an “express test” for ANOTHER $80!!!! Ridiculous. This review can’t even describe how disappointed and irritated I am with this situation.

Purchased for environmental allergies

The only environmental allergy noted was feathers. I’m not sure how accurate the test was.

Great product

Shipping was a little nerve wrecking took While to get the confirmation it arrived for processing but once it had the test was done quickly and i got beautifully laid out allergen results. I keep the file to go back to for reference and I was able to get my dog the right food for her allergies.

Convenient and Fair Price

I wanted to leave a review for this allergy test because there aren't a lot and the reviews are mixed. I basically took a chance that given the price, using this

I wanted to leave a review for this allergy test because there aren't a lot and the reviews are mixed. I basically took a chance that given the price, using this test wouldn't be a waste of time. Plus it was about 25% of the price that my vet quoted me on allergy testing. 1. Getting the sample: I have a Golden Retriever who is the dog equivalent of a marshmallow so sticking something in her mouth and holding it there for 90 seconds was no big deal. I imagine she is the rare case, so just be aware. 2. Mailing it was easy, but with no tracking, it felt like there was a 50/50 chance of the sample making it. But it did! And where others have reported their sample arrived damaged, mine was fine. 3. Once the sample arrived it was a reasonable turnaround for results. 4. I docked a star for accuracy of results. On one hand, the test provided interesting feedback and the test showed she reacted to allergens I hadn't considered. Using that info I (knock on wood) have finally found a food that doesn't bother her. So there is some validity to the results. But I've long suspected she's allergic to beef. The test showed no reaction to beef so I found a beef based food with no other allergens, fed her, and she was back to being sick for 2 days. Correlation isn't causality so who knows why that happened and in a couple of months I'll try beef again. But it gave me pause. Overall, great price, fair turnaround time, and the test results gave me details I didn't previously have to make more informed decisions on her food and it's helped! She has more energy and less nausea and for that I am thankful.
