I like the scent of this shampoo is very pleasant, like a natural lemongrass type smell. I also like the metal bottle. When the instructions say to lather first, definitely make sure to later first and not directly apply to the fur. The shampoo is thick and I applied directly to my dog. It was a little hard to rinse out and since I didn't get it all out, my dogs hair was stiff and crunchy and had to be rinsed again the next day. Overall I would buy again and read the instructions first!

My shihtzu- yorkie mix is sensitive to shampoos. He’s known for having dandruff and gets hives after baths due to certain products. This shampoo is a game changer

My shihtzu- yorkie mix is sensitive to shampoos. He’s known for having dandruff and gets hives after baths due to certain products. This shampoo is a game changer. We used it a couple times before reviewing to make sure it was a winner and let me tell you, it was fabulous! No reaction for our sweet Koda! Smells delicious like lavender and sweet florals, but not overpowering. Lathers easily (a little goes a long way) and was also easy to rinse out. His fur was left soft and manageable to brush afterwards. We will continue to use this product in the future and recommend to others!

I didn’t love it but I don’t dislike it either. It does what it said it would do… cleaned my dog. It did smell really nice too. I feel like it was difficult to get

I didn’t love it but I don’t dislike it either. It does what it said it would do… cleaned my dog. It did smell really nice too. I feel like it was difficult to get a good lather and so I had to use quite a lot of the product. I have a Doodle, but her hair is fairly short so I didn’t expect to have to use so much.
