The Palace Central Heater is exclusively designed for use in our larger houses, the Dog Palace, RB Palace and CRB Palace. They secure easily to the houses’ triangular window frames and feature a digital display you can control with a remote or your smartphone, when WIFI enabled. The Palace Floor Heater is designed to add warmth to Dog Palace’s smallest house, the DP Hunter.

Excellent dog house, awful heater

If reviewed alone I would give the house 5 stars but the heater is a one star. The dog house itself is so easy to put together. It is large enough for my 100 pound

If reviewed alone I would give the house 5 stars but the heater is a one star. The dog house itself is so easy to put together. It is large enough for my 100 pound pitbull to be completely comfortable in. It is stable and it holds heat a lot better than I expected. But the heater was awful. Conked out after exactly 2 months to the day. Was sketchy on connecting to WiFi on the original heater, and the replacement heater won’t connect at all. I don’t think the thermostat worked because it would routinely continue heating after the temp was already above the set.

Arrived Dented in Two Places

I needed this house for my large dog when she wants to spend a lot of time outside. The house arrived in two large boxes. Neither box was damaged or dented in any

I needed this house for my large dog when she wants to spend a lot of time outside. The house arrived in two large boxes. Neither box was damaged or dented in any way. Both the roof and one siding piece arrived with large dents (see photos) that cannot be fixed because it is insulated so I can’t push them out. Since the boxes weren’t damaged, it means these pieces were packed already damaged, and knowingly shipped to me. There were remnants of packing foam on the pieces but they were not packed in foam, which makes me think these were returned (because they are damaged) and then sent to me. For such an expensive product, I am extremely upset at the quality of this product and that chewy would intentionally ship a damaged item (again, the boxes were not damaged so these dents did not happen in transit and the pieces were packed already damaged). Shipping such a large item back in two boxes would be such a hassle for me and I really needed this house quickly as the weather gets cold. I’d like a discount or partial refund because it is unacceptable to expect customers to be okay with this after spending so much money.

Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Also yes!! Big enough for my two 70-lb pitties snuggle up inside and enjoy the warm heater. I even climbed in myself and was surprised by how much room there is. It is a big investment but one that gives me peace of mind that the boys will ride out the winter in comfort.

The heater was twenty degrees off in readings. Canjust return the heater, have to disassemble the dog house and return it too. The dog house itself is sturdy and well made. Unfortunately my dog won’t go near it, even for coveted treats inside. The swinging doors are too scary, even with half removed. (Also small treats get trapped in the drainage hole.)

Awesome dog hoise

It’s a nice big dog house with a sturdy door. My dogs already go in and out to stay away from the bugs. It will be nice to have for winter. The sides are overlapped
