The only problem is keeping it open because if it shuts (which is does very easily) they don’t know how to get into it.

Showed up in a clear plastic bag, no box. My 12 lb Jack Russell doesn't fit. I don't know how the photo made it look bigger. Pet will not use it in any way, the pocket is too small or it was cut wrong as it also looks like the photo has more space top to bottom on the top cover. Also it was missing heart toy. This is all a little annoying and maybe the third bed I've purchased online (other two elsewhere) that came in looking/sized different. This one might be good for puppies or a small cat.
