This is my third Doggy Tails lead. I prefer round leads to flat ones and these are great! They are heavy duty and aren’t too long or too short and have a little bit of stretch in them. The handle is comfortable and the reflective pieces are very (very) reflective- I can see them reflecting during the day. The metal ring on the handle probably serves a purpose but my poop bag holders attach to the lead itself so I just cut the ring off with wire cutters as it gets annoying rattling against the poop bag holder.

Thicker and Lunkier than Expected

For some reason, I thought the leash wouldn't be as thick. Normally my cocker spaniel picks up his leash and "goes," but this one is hard for him to get a good chomp

For some reason, I thought the leash wouldn't be as thick. Normally my cocker spaniel picks up his leash and "goes," but this one is hard for him to get a good chomp down on... and it makes for slightly unwieldy walks when we're out. That said, the color (we have blue) is great + the potty bag keeper clicked on without any trouble.

The cushy handle is so comfortable in my hand. My mom also loves to use this leash because she has carpel tunnel and poor grip strength, so I imagine it would be

The cushy handle is so comfortable in my hand. My mom also loves to use this leash because she has carpel tunnel and poor grip strength, so I imagine it would be great for someone with arthritis too! It also has a poop bag holder loop on the handle for longer walks and random doodoos.

wonderful walks

It is comfortable to hold the handle. It is strong yet light and is a perfect length. The only issue was that my dog is a chewer and she cracked both plastic covers

It is comfortable to hold the handle. It is strong yet light and is a perfect length. The only issue was that my dog is a chewer and she cracked both plastic covers over the ends of the leash and I had to cover them with duct tape. We have had many happy and safe walks since we started using this leash.
