What’s the proper way to measure my dog chest for size?

For the best fit, measure around your pet's neck leaving room for two fingers. To measure the body measure the base of the neck to the base of the tail. To measure the chest Measure your dog's chest around the widest part. If your pet falls somewhere between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger of the two. For the complete sizing chart, click the “Size” tab, next to the “Instructions” tab, just under the product photos

Best harness ever

We had gotten one for our dog 2 years ago, and when we adopted our most recent, we knew we had to get the same one for her. Unfortunately they were out of the pink

We had gotten one for our dog 2 years ago, and when we adopted our most recent, we knew we had to get the same one for her. Unfortunately they were out of the pink and the blue in her size. The harness is strong and is easy on and off. It's by far the best harness we've used. And our 2 are pullers.

Easy on and off

The are easy to put on an excited pup and easy to remove when we return. It does help keep control especially when another dog is nearby.

Best harness I've ever used

Chad is a 2yo 85-lb lab/English pointer. He can walk on a loose leash but sometimes he can't help himself and bolts going after rabbits. Sturdy - Rabbit chase

Chad is a 2yo 85-lb lab/English pointer. He can walk on a loose leash but sometimes he can't help himself and bolts going after rabbits. Sturdy - Rabbit chase #1 - Frisco big dog harness broke. Rabbit Chase #2 - The leash broke but the Doggy Tales harness was unfazed. I can't see any wear on it. Easy to put on - You grab it by the handle, slip it over their head and then do the belly buckle. The clasp is really big which means it's easy to grab and fix. I never pay attention because it always goes in and snaps the first time. Handle - It has a great handle on top that stands up. I've attached his poop bag to it but it's still elevated and easy to grab. The only negative I can see is that the underside picks up fur. But why would you care when it's just going back on him and no one can see it?
