How do you measure for this

Sizes run extremely small, emphasis on extremely. According to listing on website, sizing is based on neck size, however the tag on the product indicated sizing

Sizes run extremely small, emphasis on extremely. According to listing on website, sizing is based on neck size, however the tag on the product indicated sizing is based on chest size. I wish I had read the questions answered in advance of my purchase, someone there shared that information. Knowing this in advance would have saved me a lot of time since I had to exchange for a larger size.

Best design but...

Sizes run very small. I have a 25lb puppy. Bought a small since my 75 lb dog takes an extra large(different brand) it was too small then bought a medium I guess

I ordered a large for a 60 lb dog but it fit like a small. The ends of each side of the clip were about 5 inches apart (meaning too short) to be able to close the
