Since I’m a professional pet sitter I am faced with learning about all the auto feeders. Some are difficult, confusing, and high maintenance. Not this one! I love that you can use electricity or batteries so it’s always going to work no matter the circumstances. It’s easy to clean and is aesthetically designed. I ended up purchasing two of these to help curb the stress of waiting for small meals during the night or middle of the day. Highly recommended!

Stopped working within two months

I bought this model a few years ago and decided to order a second one recently, as I got a second cat. However, the second one stopped working within two months

Not sure if the programming or manufacturing changed, but it definitely isnt as high quality as the original one I purchased a few years ago

Motor would not move the food dispenser

Unfortunately the motor was not moving as soon as we got it, never worked from the beginning. Luckily chewy refunded my money right away, thanks chewy.

Second Time Purchase

I got a pink one of these for my cat in Dec 2020 and it has been working well. Got a second cat in Dec 2023 and got a white one so that they can be on the same feeding
