overall not user friendly
Not good for dogs.. I don't have a cat but maybe it's better suited for a cat. I constantly have to put water in it. The directions aren't clear so I hope it's
Not good for dogs.. I don't have a cat but maybe it's better suited for a cat. I constantly have to put water in it. The directions aren't clear so I hope it's ok to just pour water into the dish as it's not easy to get the top off to refill. The app loses connection to the device all the time and freezes up so that I can't get it to come back on - or to turn off. Dogs make a mess when they drink so I have water everywhere and need to go behind them to wipe it up. The bowl isn't really big enough to help catch the drips/splashes. I gave it two stars because i think it's a good idea... FOR CATS.

This fountain was great, for the first 2 weeks I had it. It has since started corroding and rusting where the screws and electronic components are located. During week 3 of having it, it started constantly saying “low water” even if the fountain is filled to the top. Now it’s stopped functioning completely because the sensor can’t sense the water filled to the top and has an “auto fountain stop” function that when it senses no water, the fountain motor stops. This is great feature if the sensors were reliable. All in all, a great idea, needs better execution. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with dogs over 20 pounds.
Had to refill 3-4x a day. Definitely not for dogs, but perfect for cats.
