Had it for less than 2 weeks and the metal is already wearing down. For a $300+ device this is severely disappointing. My German Shepherd does NOT wear it all the

Had it for less than 2 weeks and the metal is already wearing down. For a $300+ device this is severely disappointing. My German Shepherd does NOT wear it all the time just during training so I’m confused on why this is already happening? He probably has worn it for roughly 2-3 hours every day. Not doing anything that would constitute this type of wear. Naturally I know things like this will have some wear after time but less than 2 weeks?!?! Cmon. Other than that, the device works perfectly and has been extremely helpful with training which is why I’ve given it 2 stars.
