I live in an apartment and need a device that will work while I'm away. Does this work while I'm away??

This Anti-Bark Collar is automatically activated by your dog’s barks, using a sensor that can distinguish it from other noises, and it starts by sending a non-stimulating vibration as a warning. Then it moves up to low to medium stimulation, offering six levels of progression for your dog’s comfort. Avoid having the dog wear the collar with the contact points in the same place for more than two hours at a time as leaving the contact points on the same spot for an extended period of time can cause skin irritation.

Is this collar good for howling and whining as well?

This works well and controlled my dog’s barking fairly quickly. Her problem was mostly outside, particularly with other dogs. Sometimes she would bark in my condo

This works well and controlled my dog’s barking fairly quickly. Her problem was mostly outside, particularly with other dogs. Sometimes she would bark in my condo at someone new such as a repairman. (She is not aggressive). Humane device. I set it at low settings as recommended in the instructions and that seemed to be enough. She learned very quickly to control excessive barking.

Admittedly, this is a little big for my 14 lb miniature schnauzer, but it is the best product I've found for a little dog. There is a wide range of levels and my dog tested it exactly twice before altering his behavior. He only wears it when he goes to work with someone, since he feels he has to tell everyone when his caretaker for the day leaves him alone in his crate so she can go to the restroom. ;) A HOWL will not set this off, though, so if your dog is a smartbutt like mine, just know that. Would buy again.

Small dog bark collar

I bought this collar for my smaller dog as the ys600 is for larger breed dogs. This collar is lightweight and accurate. Has vibrate only mode along with stimulation

I bought this collar for my smaller dog as the ys600 is for larger breed dogs. This collar is lightweight and accurate. Has vibrate only mode along with stimulation levels 2-7. This collar has been used on walks to help with reactivity. My dog has quickly understood that barking on leash in unacceptable and now can be more relaxed and enjoy lots of treats every time we pass by with no barking. This is a bark only collar and not e collar. Chewy had the lowest price and quick shipping (as always) thank you chewy for another wonderful purchase!

It works!

Has completely eliminated nuisance barking. We leave it on vibrate setting and occasionally get a low growl but no more going apeshit any time someone walks or drives

Does not work

The collar does not make my dog stop barking. I think she is nervous since she is a rescue and she can not help being vocal.

It did the what it was made to do.

How quickly it worked to stop the dog from barking and only had to use a setting of 3. He's a sensitive dog so he learned quickly.
