Tough texture

Whatever texture you imagine air dried sweet potato sticks to be, this is not it. They are extremely tough. They can’t be broken or torn apart, almost like the texture

Whatever texture you imagine air dried sweet potato sticks to be, this is not it. They are extremely tough. They can’t be broken or torn apart, almost like the texture of extremely tough dried fruit. My dog seems to struggle to chew them and because it is not easy to break into pieces I believe it to be a choking hazard. I will not be giving any more of this to my dog.

I am always looking for dog treats that are all natural...or close to it. These treats are just sweet potatoes...and nothing else. They are cut kind of like French fries....and she loves them! She doesn't like regular French fries but she loves these and even recognizes the package.

We call these French fries when handing them to the girls lol. They love them. They're both rat terrier mixes, but Daisy has very severe IBD. So no animal protein

We call these French fries when handing them to the girls lol. They love them. They're both rat terrier mixes, but Daisy has very severe IBD. So no animal protein snacks (unless they're hyrdolized- which almost nobody makes) for her. Luckily, pumpkin and sweet potato are allowed. I break them into nibbles and they're great for training treats.

Be careful with these

These are not firm sticks and they got caught in the back/side of my dogs throat/side of mouth. She's a lab and does not always chew.

Smells like chemicals.
