No Filter comes with this tank

I ordered this tank because it was a kit which it clearly states that a filter come with it. It does not. Chewy was kind enough to send me another tank and again

I ordered this tank because it was a kit which it clearly states that a filter come with it. It does not. Chewy was kind enough to send me another tank and again no filter. So I had two tanks with no filters when it clearly stated that a filter came with it. Please look at the attached photo of the little sticker on the bottom that clearly was an afterthought. Don’t waste your money.
