Both the shampoo and the mousse can be used for bacterial or fungal skin infections.

How often should this be used? How soon after using should I use the foam?

Your veterinarian will advise you when and how often to use the products for your specific pet. The shampoo has been clinically proven to be effective with 1 initial shampoo to remove dirt debris and allergens, followed by the application of the mousse product every 48-72 hours for 3 weeks. Results can often be seen within 7 days, with the best results achieved after 3 weeks of use. These products are safe to use long-term, and in fact, regular use of these products may help to reduce or delay the return of problematic skin conditions due to the supportive nature of the product. The shampoo can be used for regular grooming. Please note that the PYO mousse is not recommended for cats due to the antiseptic ingredient and cats' self-grooming habits. Ingesting chlorhexidine may be detrimental to cats.

That it was antifungal

Ease of use

The shampoo left my dog so soft and shiny, was easy to dispense. The mousse has next to no scent. It's fairly easy to dispense, is not sticky or messy.

I have been using the shampoo for my Yorkie-Mix every morning on his Feet, when we return from his walk. The Vet had sold me the wipes,but they are difficult to use,as his toes have a yeast infection. And it cannot be done without help. So,I thought we would try these ,Still waiting to see IF it helps! The Foam is easier to apply.

Pleased With Product

I used to work at a veterinary clinic and the doctors recommended Douxo. I am now using it for my dogs at home and really like it. I wasn’t so crazy about the mousse. Their fur is so much softer without it. Love the shampoo and will buy it again.
