Big and super hard
My golden is four months and began these today. You cannot break these and impossible to cut. I finally gave her a whole one and it took her over thirty minutes
My golden is four months and began these today. You cannot break these and impossible to cut. I finally gave her a whole one and it took her over thirty minutes to finally chew it up. It was a nice break for me but will not order in the future.
Very difficult to cut
The dose for my dog is 1/2 tablet. It is a large and thick tablet and very hard to cut even with a pill splitter. Even a half is too large for my dog to swallow
The dose for my dog is 1/2 tablet. It is a large and thick tablet and very hard to cut even with a pill splitter. Even a half is too large for my dog to swallow so I have to cut again and then it crumbles and it powdery.
Use for my golden retriever
So far so good. Goldens are known for joint problems and my breeder has us use these per contract. Glad she did:)

keeps joints healthy
Our dog is a 12 year old labradoodle. She has been on Best Breed products for 10 years. I just had her at the vet for the first time in 3 years yesterday for a check
Our dog is a 12 year old labradoodle. She has been on Best Breed products for 10 years. I just had her at the vet for the first time in 3 years yesterday for a check up. The vet commented how healthy her back and joints were. She climbs mountains, runs through the parks and swims and never limps around the next day. I can attribute her health to the glucosamine in her Best Breed food and this supplement.

Our 4 months old golden retriever has no problem taking it. He grew 9 pounds in one month and hope this helps. We do not know the long term affect.

Make it taste good
My dog does not like these pills at all. I break them in half, try & disguise them in a tasty treat & he still spits them out. Wish I had more luck. I succeed some
My dog does not like these pills at all. I break them in half, try & disguise them in a tasty treat & he still spits them out. Wish I had more luck. I succeed some days but it's difficult. I use y,alls life stage formula & the natural beef chips (Frankie thinks these are the best thing ever) I really thought you could make these tasty somehow. Feeding him salmon or sardines once or twice a week.
