Normally I don't write reviews but after reading all of the poor reviews, I decided to write one. I have 2 cats both of whom love the treats. Aside from the chicken because my cat doesn't do well with it, all these treats are enjoyed. I actually use this as a food topper. My cats don't like other raw varieties. It's nice that this is raw but isn't messy.
Gracie loves her treats but Dr Pols is a no go. Immediately walked away. won’t eat them at all. Really disappointed.
I watch Dr Pol’s show and thought that his love for animals would make for good treats. I ordered the Salmon and the Tuna and not one of my 5 cats would eat them, I guess they are just too fussy. The ingredients look good so I can’t explain it, so I will donate to a local rescue.
My Siamese is a picky little guy when it comes to his treats, but he really LOVES these. I do think the kibble is a little big cause he seems to have a little trouble picking them up, but once he has them he eats them fast and wants more. As a Mom I feel like Dr. Pols treats are healthier for him. They are a bit pricey so I have to ration them out, but all and all Riley and I both are happy with Dr.Pol’s products.
My cat is a 25lb treat loving cuddle muffin! Ive never in 11 yrs seen him turn down a snack! Until i bought these! I bought 1 of all 3 different kinds and he refused each one! Worst purchase I've ever made on here! Dont recommend at all!
Sorry, but cat would not touch them. He loves Purebites, but after a few attempts and sniffs. will not come near them.
I don’t know how they are but all the cats that I give them to think they are GREAT!!
I have 3 cats and I feed one stray. None of them would eat these treats. I think the size of the individual treat is way too big.
I ordered these "freeze-dried" treats because Callie loves Salmon, and she's loved the freeze-dried chicken breast and heart treats that I've gotten her before. However, she won't touch these treats, and I must say, that they don't look anything like other freeze-dried treats that I've ever bought, they look and have the texture of regular processed treats and are not very appealing if I do say myself. They don't look like actual pieces of Tuna that have been "freeze-dried", but rather like every other treat on the market that has been processed to "death". Which is unfortunate, if in fact the are as "natural" and without unwanted additives as is implied.
We were so looking forward to being able to give these to our 5 babies. The first night, all seemed to really like them, except 1 who walked away from his portion before finishing. The next day the other 4 walked away 1 by one. I think the fishy smell was just too strong. This bag was very spendy and now we are stuck with it. I am sure the quality was there, just not the appeal. All of my babies love fish and other brands of fish flavored treats.
