Great filters when made right

I love Drinkwell fountains. However these carbon filters are really bad most times in workmanship. I throw out many as they start bleeding the carbon out after a

I love Drinkwell fountains. However these carbon filters are really bad most times in workmanship. I throw out many as they start bleeding the carbon out after a couple days. This last batch seems like they just didn’t care. The messy covering was very uneven and not adhered to the edge. One of them even had a hole in it. Could not use it all as the carbon powder just poured out of it. I will post pictures. These filters are supposed to last at least a week at with two cats. Doesn’t this company have any quality control? Tired of wasting money and only getting two so so filters per 4 pack. Will retake higher than two stars if they improve soon.
