I have had this collar for 5 years now and it works great. I am also very impressed with the customer service offered by DT Systems. After 5 years I have had to replace some parts from general wear and tear - I mean we use this collar every day! They have been nothing but accommodating. I love this collar for its waterproof features and ability to recall my dog and not have to worry as much about his safety.
