These are fun for my chinchilla

Hot glue(?) residue? Lots of glue!

Large chunks of glue similar to hot glue gun were on the toy - doesn't feel safe to give to my pet.

Glue!!

The two parts of these toys are held together by glue. If you're VERY careful, you can pull them apart and pick the glue off of them, but it doesn't seem worth it,

If you're VERY careful, you can pull them apart and pick the glue off of them, but it doesn't seem worth it, especially with the risk of missing some glue. My gerbil also had no interest in the loofah part of this toy, which was very flimsy and boring - he didn't even try to chew on it, it just sat in his tank for three days.
