Nightmare assembly
I think it will do okay, but the directions do not show exactly which where, including nuts, bolts, washers, trays for inside and under. It also does not hook to the stand. It doesn't show upside down or right side up. It's been a total nightmare, and a huge mistake for me to buy.
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!
I got this cage 2 years ago for my 2 parakeets' decorated with toys & it's an absolutely beautiful habitat! Especially spacious! Even though I let them out to fly around every now & then. Great investment for the price!
ugh this cage is a disaster. don’t buy
Unfortunately this cage is not easy as they claim it to be . Two of us spent almost 2 1/2 hours trying to assemble properly. No go! The instructions are nonexistent. Only one piece of paper with just a mini photo that is of no help. The cage doesn’t fit together properly and without a workable solution we know it’s not assembled properly. Don’t buy!
Absolutely Terrible
This is the worst cage I have ever bought. It came with a bag of screws that are for nothing. It came with screws that don’t fit in the provided nuts and washers. It came with a wrench that is a totally different size than any of the provided hardware. The instructions are pitiful. The pieces do not want to fit together. The cage doesn’t fit the stand and it has no way to affix the cage to the stand. This cage is terrible and fits together incredibly poorly. The whole thing is a nightmare. I can’t believe this is what I got when I tried to order a nice new home for my 17 year old disabled cockatiel. Complete dissatisfaction. I have never experienced anything like it in my 24 years of having birds.
Dome Top Bird Cage
Although Chewy rep helped find a replacement cage, this cage is very flimsy, the food bowl openings are difficult to open and they only provide one (1) stick for inside the cage. It does roll easy but other than that, I'm not really keen on this cage nor is my little parrot.
WORST cage EVER
I purchased and assembled other larger parrot a&e cages and have been very happy with their products. THIS cage,however, is the worst thing I have ever seen. The ONLY good thing I can say, is that it's "pretty" (unless you look close). The parts didn't fit well together, it's very flimsy, and the instructions were basically non exisitant. I'm old,and have assembled things for MANY years,so I figured it out..but no thanks to the schematics. I would send this back,but i honestly don't want the nightmare of having to DISassemble it....i'm not even sure i want to put my cockatiel in this.
Cute & a good size for the price
I bought this cage because I have been wanting a cockatiel for a while, and finally decided to get one. This cage was a great choice for my first cage, as it comes with the aluminum food and water dishes, and it was easy to set up. It has dish holders for easy food and water changes, and it has a small and large door. I'd say it's escape proof, depending on how strong and smart the bird is. It's the minimum size I would buy for a cockatiel in the future, and I do not recommend it for parakeets because the bar space seems a bit too wide, and they might be able to get their little head stuck. I think this cage is good for Cockatiels, Lovebirds, Parrotlets, Doves, Conures, and other medium sized birds similar to those.

The beautiful birdcage was just like the picture but was a lot gorgeous when I received it. Had pieces but I put together in a couple days f hours.. I would recommend this product to anyone.. my cockatiel is so happy in it she has plenty of space to spread her gorgeous winds! All other products for the ( penthouse ) lol are exactly what the picture shows, and love each and everyone of them and so does my Tinkerbell! Thank you Chewy for selling an amazing products that are cheaper than anyone around! So those of you that are skeptical rest a sure The product you will receive is highest quality, and your feathered friends would love them .,,
