I wanted the cage in the photo of the website. I wondered why the price was so low and it’s because it’s not the same cage. I’m sure it’s what the description says
I wanted the cage in the photo of the website. I wondered why the price was so low and it’s because it’s not the same cage. I’m sure it’s what the description says which is “economy” cage. I hate it and it’s going back. I don’t mind paying for the more expensive model but it is really fraud to show the photo of the better cage and intend to send the cheap one all along.

Unfortunately this cage is not easy as they claim it to be . Two of us spent almost 2 1/2 hours trying to assemble properly. No go! The instructions are nonexistent
Unfortunately this cage is not easy as they claim it to be . Two of us spent almost 2 1/2 hours trying to assemble properly. No go! The instructions are nonexistent. Only one piece of paper with just a mini photo that is of no help. The cage doesn’t fit together properly and without a workable solution we know it’s not assembled properly. Don’t buy!
Absolutely Terrible
This is the worst cage I have ever bought. It came with a bag of screws that are for nothing. It came with screws that don’t fit in the provided nuts and washers

It came with a wrench that is a totally different size than any of the provided hardware. The instructions are pitiful. The pieces do not want to fit together. The cage doesn’t fit the stand and it has no way to affix the cage to the stand. This cage is terrible and fits together incredibly poorly. The whole thing is a nightmare. I can’t believe this is what I got when I tried to order a nice new home for my 17 year old disabled cockatiel. Complete dissatisfaction. I have never experienced anything like it in my 24 years of having birds.

The ONLY good thing I can say, is that it's "pretty" (unless you look close). The parts didn't fit well together, it's very flimsy, and the instructions were basically non exisitant. I'm old,and have assembled things for MANY years,so I figured it out..but no thanks to the schematics. I would send this back,but i honestly don't want the nightmare of having to DISassemble it....i'm not even sure i want to put my cockatiel in this.

I bought this cage because I have been wanting a cockatiel for a while, and finally decided to get one. This cage was a great choice for my first cage, as it comes with the aluminum food and water dishes, and it was easy to set up. It has dish holders for easy food and water changes, and it has a small and large door. I'd say it's escape proof, depending on how strong and smart the bird is. It's the minimum size I would buy for a cockatiel in the future, and I do not recommend it for parakeets because the bar space seems a bit too wide, and they might be able to get their little head stuck. I think this cage is good for Cockatiels, Lovebirds, Parrotlets, Doves, Conures, and other medium sized birds similar to those.

This is a great cage. Keeps the birds up off the floor. Easy to move! And with 4 cats in the house 100% cat proof. Better than any cages we saw in the store.
