Is there a way to order a replacement tray for the smaller cage?

for the small one, one of the pics has feeder doors on the front and on the sides and another picture has 2 on each side. Which is it?

The dimensions of the small cage without the stand are 28 inches long x 18 inches wide x 31 inches high. The medium cage without the stand are approximately 32 inches long x 21 inches wide x 37 inches high.

I got this A&E medium flight cage on sale for $280. It’s exactly what I thought I was getting based on the pictures. My sun conure seems to really like it. It’s a sturdy cage with good bar spacing that showed up in perfect condition. The only thing I could complain about is the instructions, or lack there of. I don’t think the cage deserves 4 stars for bad instructions because, the cage is fairly easy to assemble.

This cage is beautiful and I'm very happy with it. Here are my tips for putting the cage together along with some tips to go with the instructions. If you can, do

This cage is beautiful and I'm very happy with it. Here are my tips for putting the cage together along with some tips to go with the instructions. If you can, do this with another person. It will be easier. - Whenever the instructions say "wire" they mean the cage walls themselves, or the platform for the bottom half of the cage stand. - When you attach the "tube," which is the two long thin metal pieces, make sure to use screws and washers for this. - When you get to the cup holders/feeder doors the instructions don't list how to get the spring mechanism on. My biggest recommendation is to keep the knob that you would screw into the feeder door should be rather loose. If you screw it on too tightly, the opening mechanism won't open through the hole on the other side. (This tip doesn't help until you get there, ha!) Everything came to me in good condition and it looks great. Highly recommend, just wish the instructions were a bit better.

I ordered two cages. The first had a broken bolt on a feeding door and a few cage bars bent. I was able to fix both. The second cage had a cracked tray. I contacted

I ordered two cages. The first had a broken bolt on a feeding door and a few cage bars bent. I was able to fix both. The second cage had a cracked tray. I contacted A&E and they sent me a new tray. It arrived in a box with a large hole in it but fortunately the tray was intCt. Overall I like the cages and my green cheek conures will enjoy them.

Not the same quality as the smaller version.

I only bought this cage because i have the smaller version of this cage and I love it. However, the larger cage isn’t the same quality mainly because they replaced

I only bought this cage because i have the smaller version of this cage and I love it. However, the larger cage isn’t the same quality mainly because they replaced the metal tray with a cheap plastic tray. After putting cage together, I unwrapped the tray and that’s when I saw it was cracked. That it was packed so tightly I couldn’t imagine why the cheap plastic tray was cracked
