I love Chewy but how can you get a new product

I’ve been ordering from Chewy for years and love them but when I spend $8 on plastic balls and no information on how to return or ask for a replacement for an item

Not safe for birds

Ordered this item for my toucanet because she loves bells, but when I opened it I realized it was strung together by very thin, cheap plastic. This wouldn't be safe

Ordered this item for my toucanet because she loves bells, but when I opened it I realized it was strung together by very thin, cheap plastic. This wouldn't be safe for even my tiny parrotlet and would be ripped to pieces in seconds. I would not recommend this product for any bird owner as it is a choking hazard and not safe for ANY bird.
