As Expected
The quality is about what I expected. The size (medium) makes a great palace for my green cheek, and the toy hook on top is a nice feature. The bars are sturdy;
The quality is about what I expected. The size (medium) makes a great palace for my green cheek, and the toy hook on top is a nice feature. The bars are sturdy; though the bottom grate wobbles, and the top grate is bent towards the middle. My only complaint with the design of the cage itself is how low the feeder doors are - having them so low goes against their natural instinct to keep high, and makes the bowls prone to getting pooped in. The door latch is very stiff and in need of some grease, and the assembly instructions were very poorly written - likely machine translated. Being a very tall cage, it’s a bit awkward to reach the top. Hopefully the paint will last until I can purchase a quality stainless steel cage.
Great cage...
For smaller birds. My macaw needed an indoor cage because I've moved to a colder climate. She can fit in this but is uncomfortable because her tail hits the bottom,

I think it'd be too small for any larger bird unless it was just short term, a few hours every now and then. Otherwise, it's a great cage.

Damaged trays. Scratched paint
Our boxes were damaged when they were delivered. Both trays are bad top one is the worst and can’t even use. Very unsafe for our bird.

Really well made and easy to put together. Less places for crud to accumulate than other brands and easier to clean. My cone loves it.

A bottom tray arrived with a huge scratch and rusting, Chewy customer support would not replace it.

4 stars because there were bent bars, the instructions seemed to expect that because there were instructions on bending them back or when to send it back. We were
