On the legs, you may rub this gel in 3 or more times daily. To speed effectiveness, apply gel with the lay of hair and tightly wrap. On the back, shoulder and flank - for relief of soreness and stiffness rub in 3 or more times daily. Do not apply under the saddle area if riding after treatment.
