Picky Shepherd Loves This Food!

I've never written a review so soon after delivery, but our shepherd's reaction to this food made it necessary. She is so picky, but with the Wisdom air-dried turkey, she devours it without any toppers needed, and in one sitting instead of taking all day to clean her bowl. Yes, it's costly, but the higher calorie count means she needs less per day, and none is wasted like other brands she wouldn't eat, so for me the cost is worth it. I also like Wisdom selling the 128 oz. Most air-dried only offers small bags. Can't say enough good things about this food. Definitely a keeper in our autoship rotation.

Thirsty dogs

The dogs liked the food. The ingredients looked clean and healthy. I was mixing with regular dry food to gradually move to this. Already, My dogs became so thirsty

The dogs liked the food. The ingredients looked clean and healthy. I was mixing with regular dry food to gradually move to this. Already, My dogs became so thirsty that their water consumption more than doubled! Ryder is 12 years old and I worried the food might lead to kidney problems. Old boy would rather sleep than get up and drink enough water. So I think many dogs might do well, I wouldn't suggest for older pet or any breed prone to kidney problems

I've been feeding this to my 8 year old shepherd for the last few years with great results. His coat is nice and soft, teeth look great (the vet is astonished because I don't brush them or give him chews). My oldest's chihuahua was having constant tummy problems and they had tried a few whole food brands, as well as making his own food but the stomach issues continued. I suggested they try this and the stomach issues went away plus this food is al easier to travel with than food you have to refrigerate. He's now been on it for a couple years.

I’ve used this before but now it’s so hard like rocks, I tried adding water and I tried grinding it up in my food processor but nothing worked, I thought it was going to break my food processor because it sounded like rocks moving around in there. Anyway this is way too hard for my dog to chew.

I give this to my dog as treats and she loves it. The ingredients are healthy and the air drying method seems to have preserved a lot of the flavor (and odor, smells like turkey and fish which is probably why my dog is so enthusiastic about it haha). Would recommend!

My Springer Spaniel Ringo has been loving this food and it has been great tummy/coat wise. We have tried all of them and from seed is the only so so one. It is very calorie dense but I still feed him around 2 cups a day due to his activity, 4+ miles a day which includes off leash and play. He is 50lbs and just shy of two years old. This food is such a nice quality and the price is great compared to others if you want to start your dog on the air dried or similar type food.
