Instructions
- After a fresh trim, measure the width of the hoof across the bottom at the widest point.
- Measure the length of the hoof from the toe to the buttress line of the heel. The buttress line is the farthest weight bearing point of the heel where the hoof wall ends. Do not include the heel bulbs in the measurement.
- Compare your measurement with the appropriate size chart. Please note that each boot style has its own unique size chart.
- Ideally, the length and width measurement will fit into the same size. If the length and width measurement indicate different sizes, select the larger size. If the width and length measurements are different by more than one size, your selected booty style is not recommended*. be sure to check your measurements against an alternative boot in the EasyCare line--another style may accommodate your horse's hoof shape better. *Note: If you are fitting an Easyboot Glue-On or Glove, width and length must fall into the same size category.

Protection without rubbing
Good tractiorn, doesn't twist around and doesn't come off too easily. However for my base narrow horse, leg protection is required to keep my horse from hurting

The product its self looks well made.
But in my application it dont seem to fit in hight . The boot itself look perfect. But I got like 3/4 gap between boot and hoof after locking on tightest setting

Some reason cable doesn't want to stay on the roller. Boot has been used maybe 10 times and already having problems.

Broke after 2 trail rides
The epic horseshoes were amazing until crossing a river and started cantering. My First shoe broke. Then went back to a walk and trotted 30 min after with my three
The epic horseshoes were amazing until crossing a river and started cantering. My First shoe broke. Then went back to a walk and trotted 30 min after with my three boots. Later on, we swam on a river left, 45min walk and then cantered, next shoe Broke at the bottom of the epic boots. In one trail, 2 expensive boots broke. Another day, went back to another trail with now my 2 boots. Everything was fine but I also just walk and slightly trotted, until we went to the the river. Leaving the river, wet hooves, a bit of mud, next boot broke, - only part left was the part that attached to the horse leg. For my riding, these boots are a wast of money. In two times use, 3 broke.
Latch keeps opening. After using twice gator is half off.
I followed instructions explicitly. Had to get off multiple times during my rides because they would not stay on. the second time I tried using a pin and the latch

I just ended up taking them off and carrying them. Also the gator is half ripped off two of them already and I’ve only used these twice. I made sure to follow directions completely. The boots were on tight. I had to use my foot to push the latch down as directed.
