Do these have padding inside under the frog area?

The horse boots does provide padding under the frog area. The padding is built into the bottom of the boot rather than an insert pad. But it will still provide the same padding for the frog area as some of their other products that have an insert pad.

Is there a size chart in inches rather than mm?

At this time, the manufacturer only has a size chart available in mm.

Are the boots sold individually or as a pair?

This boot is a robust, lightweight therapy hoof boot that is sold individually. The boot is not intended for riding or exercise (therapy use only).

Measured the bottom of my horses feet and compared to the size chart and they fit great! Have only used them so far lightly and on firm ground. If your horse has short pasturns though, you may want a different boot. They do come right up to the bottom of her fetlock joint. She doesn't seem to mind though.

I needed them for my mare with laminitis to help her not suffer winter founder which is nothing more than frostbite. I liked these because they come up high and they look somewhat insulated for daily turnout in extreme cold. I bought the correct size, fit her perfectly. But she kicked them off in less than 20 minutes. The RX Sneaker stay on, but do not have enough coverage.

Comfortable for my mare

A soft boot that fits nicely. Higher back that ensures the boot will stay on. Only problem was that it is one size too small - so the measurements on the chart

A soft boot that fits nicely. Higher back that ensures the boot will stay on. Only problem was that it is one size too small - so the measurements on the chart are incorrect for the boot size needed. As she was just trimmed, the boots will fit for about 3 weeks before I have to change to her old Cloud Easy Boots.
