How many times can these be reset? Or are they one trim cycle only?

You can typically reset them depending on the wear. The wear will depend on the horse, work level, environment, etc. You can remove them using nippers. Grab the cuffs and slowly roll them away from the hoof wall. Once the shoe is off, you can clean it using a wire brush, some water, and/or a Dremel to remove dried-up glue.
