Product did not come in it's correct box. Product was delivered in a Large FEDEX box, with NO packing to protect the unit. Shower head & adapter to hose was NOT

It takes experience & patience to get this hooked up & operating and make sure you secure it so that it doesn't fall over but after all this...its worth it. just ask my horses. They love the warm water running over their nethers.
