Terrible packaging

I love you guys, but this bottle was loose in a box clearly too large. It not wrapped. The lid came off and sprayed the whole inside of it. The labels were siajed

I love you guys, but this bottle was loose in a box clearly too large. It not wrapped. The lid came off and sprayed the whole inside of it. The labels were siajed and peeling off and now everything smells. Feel really bad for the delivery guy.
