I received the wrong medication. I called and they said to keep it, they wouldn't charge me for it and to re-order the correct medication. I did receive the credit

This compounded drug for my senior Dachshund’s eye was impossible to get from our 2 local pharmacies that actually do compounded drugs. Thank heavens it is available at Chewy! The pharmacy clerk told me that’s where he purchased this medication for his dog & it actually cost him less. This bottle of drops is $70+ with Chewy so I can’t imagine what the pharmacy would have charged. Our fur baby must have these drops the remainder of her life so we are thankful we can purchase through Chewy and at a better price.

Sadly, our sweet 15 year old dog passed away this week. I contacted Customer Support about returning an unopened refill of the drops.
