Is it just for barking or does it work for whining too?

This collar can help with whining. Advanced features include: 5 second safety delay between stimulation activations, 3 stimulation modes, 3 levels of adjustable bark sensitivity and the ability to turn Pavlovian tone off. It is the most humane and effective way to stop nuisance barking without undue stress on the dog.

Does this collar have a vibration only option? And does it have false correction protection?

This collar has both stimulation and vibration options. It is not sensitive enough to pick up other sounds to trigger a correction.

BUYER BEWARE: Charger overheated

We had high hopes for this collar. It worked well until today, the first day we needed to charge it. The plug got so hot, I burned myself and you could not touch

We had high hopes for this collar. It worked well until today, the first day we needed to charge it. The plug got so hot, I burned myself and you could not touch it, but you could smell it. So incredibly disappointed. This was not a cheap collar and we have not even had it a month. NOT HAPPY!

Effective on the first day

As reluctant as we too try this, it was obvious that this was not guard barking. It was repetitive. We started on L1 then went to L2. It did work immediately and our dog decided it wasn’t worth to keep going. She’s being reward-trained for her quiet moments. She’s never alone, and it’s only been on her a few hours a day. I doubt we’ll ever have to go to L3.

Worked okay but no longer works

Wish it had more settings

I’m not very happy with this collar. I tried level 1 on myself and it was a pretty strong shock, I have the e collar from this brand and the range is way off. I

I’m not very happy with this collar. I tried level 1 on myself and it was a pretty strong shock, I have the e collar from this brand and the range is way off. I use a level 6-10 for my dog on the other e collar, and this “level 1” shock was more like level 25-30 at least on their other e collar. Not that this one even worked very well, my dog has German shep slightly longer hair around his neck and with the collar pretty tight and the long hair prongs it shocked him 1/5 times he would bark.
