This training collar system has rechargeable batteries. The E-Collar is outfitted with Li Polymer batteries which requires specific care to assure longevity. It is best not to let the battery be fully discharged and if it does, recharge immediately or irreversible damage may occur. Keep units away from extreme heat and cold temperatures.

This collar features multiple stimulation buttons. This wireless system has a range of 1/3 mile and will not function if the collar and remote move farther away.

Fantastic product . Please get a professional involved when introducing this collar to your pup. Our 15lb terrier mix just returned from board and train where a professional trainer taught our pup what the corrections and tones meant and has provided our whole family detailed lessons on how to use the collar gently and appropriately. We have a totally different dog. We can now enjoy amazing, tangle free walks and gentle correct the prey drive and dog reactivity. He has dog friends now! Life changing training that this product makes possible.

The box was not sealed and nothing was wrapped. At this price I expect factory new, not returned after someone opened it and tried it out. I sent back and ordered

This is my first e collar. With the help from my experienced friend, it didn't take long for us to learn how to use it. This collar has been a game changer for my dog who became reactive to objects going past her. I would've given it 5 stars, but because this is the micro size, I wish the parts were made for a small dog. For example, the 5/8" collar is too large for my 12 lb dog. I ordered the 1/2" bungee collar, but I returned it because it was huge!!! Also wish the receiver could be smaller, but it's smaller than some I looked at. I also wish there a setting to change the vibration strength. The video says the vibration is too much for most dogs. Other than these things, I'm really happy with the unit!

I have always used these collars

I usually purchase the long range model, last purchased one about five years ago. That one still strong with roughly 2 days use per charge. I feel like the lights

I usually purchase the long range model, last purchased one about five years ago. That one still strong with roughly 2 days use per charge. I feel like the lights on this model are much brighter than previous. So easy to track my Frenchie at night for potty time. We have an unfenced yard and my dogs have great recall but sometimes need a little correcting.
