Neither chewy nor moist.

I have 2 senior small dogs with not many teeth left. I typically buy crunchy biscuits that I soften with warm water. Also, my Cairn terrier has pancreatitis and

I have 2 senior small dogs with not many teeth left. I typically buy crunchy biscuits that I soften with warm water. Also, my Cairn terrier has pancreatitis and can only eat low fat treats. These seemed like a good soft treat. They are very dry and hard. I have to break them into tiny pieces. The expiration date isn't until Nov. 2025, so not sure why these are so dry. They like these treats, but they're not as advertised (chewy & soft).
