Will this work on carpet

This camera can roll on low-pile carpets. EBO SE is not good at rolling on the high-pile carpet. If running from a hard floor to a carpet, SE can climb up to a height of about 5 millimeters.

Is there a timer or scheduling feature (eg, auto turn on and play laser with cat)?

This camera features a way to set a schedule. In customized mode, users can set the time, mode, audio effect, laser On/Off, etc. Please find the included photo for more details.

Does the app only work on one phone, or can my partner use it as well? Is there a subscription cost?

Used it to view and interact with cat while on vacation. Gave me peace of mind because I could roam around the house whenever I wanted. I could see her eating, check on her food bowl, play with her, hear what was going on with her and the house. Used it to check on the doors, other rooms and could see when she had knocked something off the counter. Check on her many times during the day. Spoke to her and listened for if she was meowing. Also used it to view her to make sure nothing was wrong with her. I love this thing because it could be used for a type of peace of mind for checking on your house. I use it to tell if there is something under the dresser, like a cat toy. It helped me tell also that certain vents need cleaned and the vent in the front of fridge needs cleaned, without this viewing capability those vents are too low and at an a weird angle, I never would have realized they were dirty. Get one or several. They are worth every penny spent.

I got a couple of these, one for myself and the other for my daughter. We pretty much use them to talk to each other and run into each others cats. It’s a different and fun way to interact. It almost makes you think the other person is there with you because you’re interacting with a robot and watching it move around vs just being on the phone or FaceTime with them.

Won't Connect to WiFi

Couldn't even start this device because it won't connect to WiFi. I tried multiple times in different rooms and reset the device but nothing works. The "help" section

Couldn't even start this device because it won't connect to WiFi. I tried multiple times in different rooms and reset the device but nothing works. The "help" section on the app didn't work and the customer service number they put in there doesn't exist... Very disappointing!

Stopped working after 4 months

The bot was ok for a couple of months, though it would repeatedly become disconnected from the app despite being on its dock in the same place it always is. There

The bot was ok for a couple of months, though it would repeatedly become disconnected from the app despite being on its dock in the same place it always is. There is nothing you can do to fix this remotely because you have to unpair and repair it. This kind of defeats the purpose of having this kind of thing to monitor remotely because it happened so frequently. However, now the bot won't even reconnect and doesn't make the voice sound it did before. Enabot customer service is not helpful: Hello, sorry for the slow reply. Did you press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds, but EBO did not start resetting? If so, you can try the following methods to see if the problem can be solved: 1. Remove the wheel set, wipe and clean the internal metal contact points, and confirm whether the metal contact points are damaged or corroded (please take photos and send them to us by email after cleaning) 2. After cleaning, reinstall the wheel set, try to press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the device. 3. If the above method does not work, please remove the wheel set and use a metal paper clip to connect the internal contact points for more than 5 seconds. Normally, the EBO BYE sound will be emitted and the device will be reset. (As attached) If the above methods do not work, we hope you can record a short video reflecting the product problem and send it to us in the following format so that we can understand your problem more accurately and ensure that we can help you as soon as possible. -- - - - -- The above steps did not work and I am still waiting on a customer service reply, but I bet they're going to make it very difficult for me to get a refund or a replacement.

This robot is very cute but there were a few problems. One, it didn't work well on carpet, just hard floors. Two, it had a lot of trouble finding its dock. Three,
