Does this blanket have any fill?

This turnout blanket features 100 grams of poly fiber fill, ideal for cooler evenings or for more mild climates. Lightweight fill combined with a waterproof and breathable 1680 denier outer is just enough protection for some climates. The included removable neck cover has no fill but is made from the same 1680 denier outer for an added layer of protection when you need it.

Does this blanket have a fleece lining on the withers to prevent rubbing?
